3. Agree the collection
Collection proceeds only after the item list and arrangements are agreed.
4. Count and hand over
Items are checked against the agreed scope before the job is completed.
Conditions that matter
Does an enquiry guarantee collection?No. Acceptance depends on the equipment, quantity, condition, district, access and available arrangements.
Is payment guaranteed?No. Any equipment payment is confirmed case by case before handover.
Are transport or handling fees added?Once a collection is accepted and arranged, no separate transport or handling fee is added.
Is certified data destruction included?No certification or specific destruction method is included unless it is explicitly confirmed before collection.
Are documents available?Any inventory, handover record, photos or other document must be requested and agreed before collection.
